Hundred years after it was thought to be extinct beautiful rare bird spotted

Rangers and scientists estimated at least 50 night parrots in Australia’s Ngururrpa Country during surveys from 2020 to 2023. Announced in 2024, the findings could help conservation of the rare bird.
